I'm a bad mom.

I'm such a bitch. 

I suck as a wife. 

I will never be happy. 

I am tired of being miserable. 

I suck. 

I can't. 

I won't

I'm fat

I am a horrible person. 

Why can't I be normal? 

He's/shes going to leave me. 

 

Any of this sound familiar? These are the things I hear women say that have PMDD. I get it because I used to say the same things. Guess what? Telling myself those things weren't serving me-it was making me worse.  My healing began when I learned to be kind to myself!
