The PMDD Diaries

Welcome PMDD Tribe.

I created this podcast for anyone who suffers from PMDD and those that have a spouse who suffers from PMDD. PMDD is a part of us, but it's not who we are!

My mission is to help women that suffer from PMDD live happier lives and feel more in control!!

Decision making can be a daunting process sometimes. Especially if you have PMDD and choosing a PMDD treatment can be overwhelming, not only choosing but finding one that works! You begin to feel like a science project! I know I did.

I eventually found a treatment and figured out an easier way to make decisions while having PMDD! In this episode, I share with you my decision-making process and why I chose my form of treatment for PMDD. In hopes, it will make the decision process easier for you.

This episode isn't about me trying to push my form of treatment on you! It's more of a" How to" make the decision process easier.
